What are the hours of operation?
All of our sites are accessible 7 days a week and many of our suites and units are available with 24 hour access.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Most of our sites are accessed via secure entry fob but where needed we provide a lock at move in.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
We invite you to book a tour or call our team for assistance.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We are cashless but accept payments via Direct Debit, Checks, Cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person via card or transfer. You may also sign up to have payments automatically made via Direct Debit.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own access fob and/ or security pass code that will allow you access to your unit.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
Not at all! Our flexible licence terms mean you can rent from as little as 1 month to 1 year and for as long as you’d like.
What do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
Please bring a government issued photographic ID and recent proof of address in order to validate your identity and rent a unit. We also ask Office tenant’s to provide a public liability insurance policy.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
It depends on the length of the original agreement. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
When can I move in?
If there is an available office space or storage unit that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in the same day!
