What is our reservation policy?

The price and any promotions are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of your reservation.
To lock in the reservation price and promotions, sign your contract within this 30-day period.
No obligation
You have full control, and it’s always free.
There’s no commitment when making a reservation, and we never request a credit card.
If you decide not to proceed, no further action is required.

What’s needed to reserve?

We only require your name, email address, and telephone number.

Changes and cancellations To cancel, change your unit size, location, or move-in date, contact us at 020 8736 0222 or email hello@infinitystoreandwork.com. If you wish to cancel your reservation, simply reply advising your wish to cancel and start again when you’re ready. Reservation confirmation and next steps?

After reserving your unit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all reservation details.
To proceed, you’ll need to reply to the email or visit the store.
